Aakansha Singh is a Lucknow based Nutritionist and Dietician who aims to integrate the science of nutrition and genetic engineering. She has made it her life’s goal to help people around the world be healthy and lead a fulfilling lifestyle by working on a genetic level. By way of a healthy and nutritious diet that will not only help one in leading a healthy life rather healing the body and providing it with the most minute of essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals, she aims to alter the world of nutrition as we know it. Having done her Masters in Biotechnology, her extensive knowledge of the body and it’s working mechanisms, she has visualized such diets and recipes that will help you eat your favourite foods and still continue to be on the journey to a healthy lifestyle. Her research in various fields during her work in CDRI-Lucknow has given her an inside knowledge of which foods affect the mind and body in ways we cannot even fathom.

She also focuses vastly on the mental health of people and which foods will help them feel happier and calmer .We have been following various diets and plans over the years just to find that our cravings are not being fulfilled, leading us to abandon them. But now, with her great expertise in the field of “Food and Dietetics Management”, you can achieve your goals of a healthy mind ,body and soul.
